I have always received excellent service from the practice. Recently I phoned at 8am for an appointment that day and was told 9.35 I arrived at 9.20 seen early at 9.25. The doctor was efficient and kind and took time to listen to what I had to say. All of the doctors at the practice share the same qualities. I have always had sound, reassuring advice and when hospital attention has been required the practice has started the ball rolling quickly.(Not sure the same can be said for the hospital but that is a different issue)!!! The receptionists are pleasant and helpful even when under pressure. All in all very pleased. Only downside is parking space but not sure that can be altered.

The practice is well run and the receptionists are polite and very helpful. I am more than satisfied with the degree of attention if I have to see a doctor. I always feel that I am listened to and that the session is not rushed. The nurses are also very good in treating my diabetes.

I cannot fault the doctors or the surgery in any way. Excellent doctors, and I see a Dr Davies mostly and I am able to see him within a very acceptable time frame. If other specialists are involved I have been referred very promptly. Blood tests are taken at the surgery the same week by very friendly and efficient nurses.
